Ladies and Gents... take a look, potentially something we could add to our portfolio
Nice call - would have been great if we took a position last week. Nice price movement after a very good Q4 conf. call and results. UA is now overbought though - and I'd say it's run is just about dead. A soft retailer like UA can only trade at a ~50x forward P/E for so long when the rest of the industry is sub-30x. My pick for this industry is - and has always been - NIKE (NKE). It's trading at a more realistic 25x P/E with outrageous EPS (+4) figures. It won't take long before the market realizes this and prices it up to around 30x. Consumer stocks tend to trade up on growth rather than value, and every sell-side analyst is predicting big growth for Nike...could make for a nice play.
